Your caring nature and generosity have helped provide and underwrite many programs and services that directly impact the health of the residents of Chowan, Perquimans, Tyrrell and Washington counties.
Donations play a vital role in supporting our initiatives and funding important projects and services. With donor support, we have improved patient experience at our Cancer Center, including a new patient access ramp, mobility equipment and comfort items. Donor dollars have also allowed us to make recent equipment purchases, including a $67,000 ultrasound machine in our emergency department and a $71,000 fiber optic endoscope for our outpatient clinic.
Stronger communities start with better health. Donations support programs like the imPACT Concussion baseline testing provided to high school athletes in our area, as well as flu shot clinics and other outreach services. Your gift empowers people to live healthier, fuller lives.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, we are able to improve health and wellness in our community. From upgrades to our MRI and CT equipment to our Palliative Care Suite, which provides essential items and necessities to ensure patient and family comfortability, we can ensure a healing environment and high-quality care for patients, families and caregivers.
